Tank Liners & Tank Repairs
The pictures of the tank you see was built in the World War II era. The dimensions of the tank were 6’ deep x 8’ wide x 84’ long. It is a brick lined pickling tank used to house hydrochloric acid. The tank was in very bad need of maintenance and had approximately 16 leaks.
Our crew prepped, fiberglass lined it, and gel coated the tank in 2 ½ days. The company we were working for lost a minimal amount of time and the tank was filled with acid and running in 12 hours after we completed the job. In addition brick we can line almost any existing structure.
We have lined steel tanks, concrete sumps, polyethylene tanks, as well as brick, and we also do repairs or modifications on existing fiberglass tanks. We have extensive experience in the water treatment industry. We have done many repairs & modifications on Sodium Hypochlorite fiberglass tanks.
